Abstract
To the Editor: Approximately eight years ago Dr. Evelyn Man and I began a study at the Yale University School of Medicine of the outcome of pregnancy in relation to the thyroid status of the mother. The report of Greenman and his associates published in the August 30, 1962, issue of the Journal is another report on somewhat comparable material.I believe the arrangement of material in this paper has led to a serious distortion of the actual facts to be gleaned from the clinical and laboratory material.
