Interionic potentials in monovalent metals

Abstract
A full description of interionic forces is seen to require the use of a complex electron-ion scattering amplitude. A prima facie case is established for the validity, in this connection, of phase shift data which have already been successfully and extensively used in electron transport theory.Keywords
