Abstract
Careful measurement of the weak-field magnetoresistance coefficients of -germanium indicates that the magnetoresistance symmetry relation is obeyed for samples with carrier concentrations as high as 6× . For a 3× sample, the deviation, if any, is still quite small. For samples with carrier concentrations of 4×, 1×, and 1×, there is definite evidence of deviation but there is no evidence of the large deviations previously reported. The values of the anisotropy parameter obtained from these measurements are in agreement with values previously obtained from magnetoconductance measurements.
