Photoinduced optical absorption in BaTiO3:Fe

Abstract
Measurements of the steady state photoinduced absorption Δα have been performed on single crystalline samples of pure and iron‐doped BaTiO3. The results show that Δα has a sublinear intensity dependence, similar to that observed in photorefractive grating decay measurements.Keywords
