Abstract
Transmission expts. with lymphocytic choriomeningitis occurring among rhesus monkeys demonstrated the ability of the yellow-fever mosquito [Stegomyia fasciata] to transmit the disease to guinea-pigs through its bite. The mosquitoes can transmit the virus as early as the 4th day and at least as late as the 15th day after feeding on an infected animal. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
