Abstract
Genetic and kinetic evidence indicate that the carrier-mediated uptake of the anionic sugars 3-deoxy-2-oxo-D-gluconate and D-glucuronate by E. coli involves the concomitant transport of protons.This publication has 26 references indexed in Scilit:
