Use of Chromium Chloride As the Coupling Agent in a Modified Plaque Assay Cells Producing Anti-Protein Antibody

Abstract
Summary: A method is described for the detection and enumeration of mouse spleen cells producing antibody to protein antigens. The method employs chromium chloride as the coupling agent in a modified plaque technique and offers the advantages of greater economy, ease, speed and reproducibility over other available procedures.
