Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate two models, the isotropic and the anisotropic, for estimating solar radiation on inclined surfaces. The models validation and analysis were applied to south‐facing slopes with inclinations of 30, 60, and 90°. A better performance was shown for the anisotropic one and this performance decreases with the increase of slope surface. Keywords
