Abstract
A method is presented for handling quantal (all-or-nothing, e.g. death or survival) response data in which information about the time of the response as well as the level of stimulus (the dose) was obtained. A number of individuals are given a dose level and are subsequently examined at several prespecified times in such a way that the time interval in which the response occurred is known for each responding individual. A multiple regression of response on dose and time is formulated, taking into account the non-independence of response rates from one examination time to another for individuals exposed to the same dose. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
