Abstract
This paper presents the major outcomes of a two‐year trial of the Open University's Cyclops shared‐screen telewriting tutorial system. The impact of the system is considered in terms of the human factors of the technology; tutors’and students’experiences of Cyclops; and tutorial activities and their acceptability to the participants.Keywords
