Abstract
In this paper we present a detailed study of rates and distributions for the production of a boson plus two jets at the Fermilab 1.8-TeV Collider, assuming that the top quark does not contribute to these events. This process is the principal background to the discovery of a top quark in the 80-110-GeV range with 5 of data at the Fermilab Tevatron.
