Abstract
Successful balloon catheter dilatation through the defunctionalized limb of a colostomy was performed in three infants with postischemic colonic stricture. This experience suggests that balloon catheter dilatation can be an alternative to surgical resection in treating delayed ischemic colonic stricture. Keywords
