Abstract
Cutaneous mastocytosis occurs in children in two forms: a solitary tumor and a disseminated eruption known as urticaria pigmentosa. The observation of a single lesion preceding a widespread eruption is an unusual occurrence. The development of the disease in a Negro is rare. A case of a Negro infant born with a single tumor, who developed disseminated urticaria pigmentosa in the second month of life is presented. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
