Abstract
We report on a theoretical investigation of the resonant neutralization of ions scattered from solid surfaces in the intermediate-velocity regime (a few tens of keV per nucleon). We also propose a general formula for the resonant neutralization probability of ions which asymptotically conforms with the fixed-ion r of the correlation length, and the variation of the long-range order parameter S as a function of x.Keywords
