Abstract
Symphyla have been collected from the Krakatau Islands and the Ujung Kulon Peninsula on Java for the first time. Two species were found, both new to science:Symphylella javanensisin Scolopendrellidae andMillotellina krakatauanusin Scutigerellidae. They are described and figured.
