Abstract
Twenty-nine patients with priapism are reviewed with respect to the physiology and pathophysiology of erection and priapism, respectively, and a rational approach to the management of priapism is presented. Emphasis is given to the corpus cavernosum to corpus spongiosum shunt with a vascular anastomosis technique. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
