Abstract
Author reports on 35 cases in [male] and 23 in [female] , classified as fibro-adenomatous polyps, adenomas, fibromas, myomas, fibromyomas, adenomyomas, myxofibromas, hemanginomas, poly-posis, hypertrophied mucosa, dermoid cysts, and hypertrophied pyloric muscle. Benign tumors are largely symptomless, and can usually be detected fluoroscopically. In uncomplicated benign tumors there was no operative mortality.
