High 24-hour Level of Serum Growth Hormone in Juvenile Diabetics

Abstract
Studies in five male patients with recently diagnosed juvenile diabetes showed a raised mean level of serum growth hormone, which fluctuated considerably over a 24-hour period. It is suggested that the secretion rate of growth hormone is raised in this condition.Keywords
