Abstract
This paper presents experimental results of the nonlinear excitation of a propagating surface wave on a plasma column. The dispersion characteristics of this wave are compared with those obtained from a linear excitation. The possible mechanisms of the nonlinear excitation are also discussed. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
