Segregation analysis of human biochemical markers and chromosomes in human-mouse somatic cell hybrids allowed to demonstrate synteny of ICD M with the genes for phosphomannose isomerase and pyruvate kinase and to assign the linkage group to human chromosome 15.Keywords
