Abstract
A case of severe, probably viral pneumonitis in a three-year-old child is presented, which resulted in complete atelectasis of the left lung, and in diffuse changes of bronchiolitis and bronchitis obliterans. The case represents a variant of bronchiolitis obliterans.Keywords
