Abstract
Studies of dielectric relaxation have been carried out for a PbHf0.98Ti0.02O3 single crystal in the frequency range 10 Hz-10 MHz in the paraelectric phase. Two dispersive steps of polydispersive and nearly monodispersive (Debye-like) character have been ascribed respectively to space charge and disorder in Pb sublattice recently found by X-ray examination. Keywords
