Abstract
Microliter sampling opened the way in the 1970's for at least limited quantitative studies of the tear fluid. Now, nanoliter sampling offers a much less imposing technique for viewing even more subtle changes within the eye's most immediate environment. Examples, based on nanoliter sampling, are given of certain transient effects that even a soft lens can induce during the earliest periods of wear. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
