Abstract
A case of cutaneous cryptococcosis is described in an immunocomprised patient. The initial lesion developed on the dorsum of the hand following trauma and was initially though to be neoplastic. Satellite subcutaneous lesions developed in a ''sporotrichoid'' pattern along the forearm. Treatment with oral fluconazole resulted in the complete resolution of the lesions. This is the first published report of the use of fluconazole in the treatment of cutaneous cryptococcosis. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
