Abstract
Susceptible and resistant ecotypes of Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense L.) were grafted in various combinations of stock and scion to determine if the activity of 3-amino-l,2,4-triazole (amitole) was altered by passage through the plant tissue. It appeared that the differential susceptibilities of ecotypes of Canada thistle were not caused by a change in the activity of amitrole. Keywords
