Abstract
This is the first reported case of granuloma faciale in a Negro. Bilateral infraorbital plaques showing the typical histopathologic appearance of granuloma faciale were observed in a 43-year-old Negro man. The patient also exhibited lesions on the flanks and lower extremities. The clinical and microscopic findings are discussed. Good cosmetic results were achieved by surgical excision of the infraorbital lesions and plastic repair. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
