Anaphes ovijentatus, an Egg-Parasite of Lygus hesperus

Abstract
151 eggs of L. hesperus were dissected from flower heads of guayule taken from a field near Salinas, Calif., during the period Aug. 7 to 26, 1944. 10-70% of these eggs were parasitized by A. ovijentatus. The highest % of parasitism occurred in late Aug. when Lygus egg numbers were low.
