Abstract
Laser vidian neurectomy appears to offer the technical advantages of a less traumatic, more precisely controlled method of operating in an anatomical area which creates, by its location, technical difficulties in accessibility. Results indicate that postoperative patient comfort is greater, affording the opportunity to perform surgery on an outpatient basis. Results of laser vidian neurectomy are no different than those using conventional techniques. Keywords
