Colonic tuberculosis mimicking annular carcinoma

Abstract
Tuberculosis of the colon may be difficult to distinguish from Crohn''s disease or other causes of benign or malignant stricture, but rarely is seen as a classic solitary apple-core lesion on Ba-enema examination. A human case is presented; the radiologic and pathologic features are discussed.
