Abstract
Cerebrospinal fluid protein values obtained by the biuret procedure of Goa or the TCA-turbidimetric method of Meulemans are shown to be comparable to those obtained by the more involved tyrosine-equivalence "reference" method of Johnston and Gibson. Both of the former methods are recommended for routine use because of their accuracy and simplicity. Keywords
