Abstract
A serodiagnostic test based on antigen 60 has been used to analyse the presence of IgG antibodies specific for mycobacteria, in the serum of the employees of a food supermarket. More than fourteen percent of the employees were seropositive, compared to 1.5% in a healthy adult population. The seropositives were restricted to those employees who were in direct contact with the customers. Keywords
