Abstract
Comparison of low-field and high-field (18-T) magnetization of the quasicrystal phase of shows that only a fraction (from 12% to 25%) of the Mn atoms have a magnetic moment. Below 5.2 K those moments order into a spin-glass phase which display characteristic irreversible properties which are identical to those of classical metallic spin glasses.
