Abstract
The ionic conductivity of a mixed electron and ion conductor AgCr which undergoes an order-disorder phase transition is investigated with the use of a lattice-gas Hamiltonian with a weak-hopping term for its interacting-ion system. Exact results for the ionic conductivity obtained by making use of the exact Ising spin correlations on a half-filled honeycomb lattice agree very well with the known experimental results.
