Abstract
The compounds U-7726 (3-ethoxy-2-oxobutyraldehyde bis-thiosemicar-bazone), tubercidin (4-amino-7-D-ribofuranosyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d] pyrimidine), porifiromycin (6-amino-l,la,2,8,8a,8b-hexahydro-8-(hydroxymethyl)-8a-methoxy-l,5-dimethylazirino [2[image],3[image]:3,4] pyrrolo [1, 2-a] indole-4,7-dione carbamate), and pactamycin (C28H38N4O8, exact structure not known) were shown to have chemosterilant activity against the house fly Musca domestica L., when applied by oral administration. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
