A cryostat and temperature controller for Raman spectroscopy

Abstract
A cryostat temperature controller and heat switch are described along with a sample cell which is designed for Raman spectroscopy. This controller uses a novel error voltage-to-conduction angle feedback system which operates above approximately 74K and is stable to better than 20 mK.Keywords
