Abstract
Out of a large series of patients with coronary artery disease 6 were selected with high anterior myocardial infarction. These cases are presented in detail and their special electrocardiographic characteristics are described. The difficulty in making the diagnosis of infarction by the usual leads and the need for special leads are pointed out. Keywords
