Abstract
Cytosols prepared from renal medulla and cortex were separately analyzed for estrogen receptor molecules by agar gel electrophoresis. Estrogen receptors were demonstrated in both compartments of the organ. The experiments revealed that the medulla was the main locus of estrogen receptors in human kidney. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
