Abstract
The non-protein N of saline extracts of 9 Indian pulses amts. to 10-55% of the total N. The non-protein fraction contains simple protein degradation products which are easily digestible and therefore contribute to the food value of the pulses.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
