Abstract
Sulpiride and risperidone treatment significantly improved the abnormal involuntary movements of two patients with Huntington's disease on both actometer and clinical assessments. However, treatment with risperidone, but not sulpiride, significantly improved the functional activities as assessed by the Functional Disability Scale. To the best of our knowledge this is the first report of the successful treatment of Huntington's disease with risperidone. Keywords
