Abstract
The complete nucleotide sequence of pADB201, a 1.7-kilobase cryptic plasmid from Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides, is reported. The sequence contains a single large open reading frame capable of coding for a polypeptide of up to 198 codons long. The sequence of the putative polypeptide shows significant similarity to that of the repF gene product of staphylococcal plasmid pE194.This publication has 26 references indexed in Scilit:
