Scleroderma Treated with the Diethylaminoethylester Hydriodide Salt of Penicillin G

Abstract
Sixteen patients suffering from scleroderma were treated with the diethylaminoethylester hydriodide salt of penicillin G (Leocillin). About 3/4 had favorable results: The [beta]- to [alpha]-globulin ratio was examined 30 times, only one was reversed. No constant changes in the phospholipid level in blood were found.
