Abstract
The fungal protease possesses both endo- and exopeptidase activities, hydrolyzes most of the peptide bonds and shows an extremely broad substrate specificity. The extent of enzymic hydrolysis is as high as 70-90% of acid hydrolysis.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
