Abstract
A case report. The changes in the electrocardiogram noted are similar to those seen in pericarditis and in view of reports of hemorrhage into the septum, subendo-cardial hemorrhage, and hemorrhage beneath the pericardium observed at autopsy following sunstroke the possibility of an associated subepicardial or pericardial hemorrhage must be considered. Keywords
