Abstract
A method for .kappa.-casein genotyping in bulls has been developed. By analysis of DNA polymorphisms we are able to discriminate between the .kappa.-casein variant A and B in the bulls. This method will be an efficient tool in selection for the most desirable .kappa.-casein variant. Keywords
