Abstract
Vitamin B1 in both crude and relatively purified state behaves as a base even at pH 8.5. By electrolysis of a crude yeast extract, vitamin B1 can be concentrated in appreciable quantities, free from vitamin B2, at the cathode. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
