Abstract
7 cases are recorded of amblyopia following quinine admn., although only small doses (e.g., one dose of 0.30 gs.) were taken in some cases. In each instance, the quinine was taken on an empty stomach and vomiting occurred followed by a period of unconsciousness. Amblyopia was noted on return to conciousness. It appears that quinine amblyopia is a type of sensitivity. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
