Abstract
We study an extension of the color group which undergoes spontaneous symmetry breaking in a manner similar to the electroweak sector of the standard model. In this theory the breaking can occur at a remarkably low scale. This paper examines the constraints imposed on the mass of the in the -color model by measurements of the inclusive jet cross section at the Collider Detector at Fermilab.
