Abstract
Factors significantry influencing the properties of films prepared from high T c superconducting perovskite type oxides on ceramic substrates have been investigated. For the realization of superconductivity of films, it was verified that not only the composition and crystal structure of the films but also the interaction with substrate materials must be carefully controlled. Keywords
