Abstract
The authors describe an unusual infestation of an ulcerative squamous cell carcinoma of the scalp and skull with Diptera Sarcophaga larvae. Human myiasis is rare in temperate zones and presents a rather unique neurosurgical challenge. The clinical presentation and treatment of human myiasis are briefly discussed. Keywords
