Abstract
A corpus cavernosum—corpus spongiosum (intracorporal) shunt satisfactorily alleviated idiopathic priapism in a 20-year-old patient. Early execution of such a procedure preceded by aspiration and heparin sodium flushing of the corpora will prevent or retard the development of corporal fibrosis and impotence. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
